The ingredients in this recipe I always seem to have on hand and you can work towards keeping these as pantry staples too as you begin to make healtheir swaps in your home!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 cup Swerve brown sugar
1TBSP vanilla extract
2TBSP Great Value light sour cream
2 ripe bananas
1 cup Great Value almond flour
1/2 cup Swerve granulated sugar
1TBSP baking powder
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine 1st half of ingredients up to bananas and stir well.
Add flour, sweetener, baking powder, & salt.
Bake for 40+ minutes at 350* in a bread loaf pan (sprayed).
TIP: Serve with Breyer's Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream.
