1.) SWEAT BELT • Anyone with any interest in fitness or cardio needs to be wearing this neoprene belt wrapped around their waist under leggings to increase body heat = increase heart rate = an amazing sweat and calorie burn! I get a medium and it has great stretch since it velcros. $10 off!
