I am blessed to have a job that I'm surrounded by women! Do you know what's great about women?! We all know some really awesome products or really great things to try. Here is my round up of all of my 'JANUARY 2024 FAVORITE' things I have been loving this month:

I bought this in 2022 and have gotten SO much use out of it! Snowed in, rained in, napping baby - whatever the reason, I have gotten my walk in without leaving my house! I have mine up against a wall, but It is so low to the ground I don't fear 'stepping off'. It goes up to speed 5.0 and controlled with a small remote I keep in my hand the whole time in case I need to pause.

Start my day with this EVERY day! Keep it in the freezer and roll "out". Helps wake me up + my skin feels so tight!


January is a little dreary so planning ahead is so fun to me! Here are healthier options for game-day snacking.


Back to January being dreary.. I love looking forward to holidays! I am teaching a drop-in Galentines class Feb. 10th (Saturday) at 9AM that all women are welcome to attend. Be sure to sign up as it will sell out and bring a candy or drink item if you can to be donated to the residents of Spring Creek Senior Center on Valentine's Day!


You all have made my MONTH with the love and excitement over having a hard copy of my new macro recipe book for the first time ever! It is so fun to see it in your homes and I even love having it on my counter, myself!
