LOW CALORIE BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

The weekend for us usually means having football games on & if we are going to, then we need a snack to pair with it! I love this buffalo chicken dip because you can have a lot of it (high volume) for not many calories and it is packed with protein so you stay FULL!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1.5LB shredded chicken (cooked) *TIP: Cook it yourself and use your hand mixer to shred. Rotisserie chicken's from the grocery have a shocking amount of calories!

  • 1 Bottle Franks Hot Sauce

  • 1 Container light sour cream

  • 8oz. low fat cheese (I like to use fiesta blend)

  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning


Combine all ingredients & serve with:

  • Trader Joe's brand sweet potato crackers

  • Xtreme Wellness brand wrap

  • Siete brand wrap

  • Raw veggies (celery, baby carrots)

  • Crunchmaster brand multi-seed crackers

  • Rice cakes
