Microwave Protein Dessert
The key to sustaining your fitness journey is finding foods that you enjoy and can conveniently grab for! One of the biggest tips is keeping healthier/nutrient dense items stocked in my pantry or freezer so I always have something to grab for quick. A few of my favorite items:

I have found that having things I can grab quickly help ensure I make a better choice each day! I have also found including something sweet daily helps me stay on track. This Microwave Protein Dessert Mug Cake reminds me of a chocolate lava cake at a restaurant!
