My favorite recipes are low in calories, high in protein so that I can stay full, fuel my muscles, and eat a lot throughout the day by having lots of low calorie options! This monte cristo is the perfect salty, sweet spin on a traditional wrap at lunch. TIP: Get your deli meat fresh from the deli instead of prepackaged to minimize carcinogens and preservatives.
