Protein Queso Recipe
Hitting my protein goal and eating queso are two of my favorite things - and now I can have them BOTH! This queso is so filling with so much protein in it. The recipe (posted in the caption of the video below) makes two servings -- if you are extra hungry.. double the macros provided and eat the whole thing!
I ate mine with the brand Siete taco shells (I broke them up because I didn't have any Siete chips on hand). These are a grain free, gluten free, dairy free option, but choose any kind of chip or tortilla you like!
