An Echo Show (Alexa) is the easisest way to stream background music in your workouts! I just say 'Alexa play Today's Hits' and it can adjust the volume/skip a song/stop it with my voice, so my workout isn't interrupted! I also have one in my bathroom to listen to while I get ready, check the weather, and now I have it play nursery rhymes for my daughter!

Last one for today - every fitness girl needs this, and at just $20 today - it is the PERFECT gift! You wrap the neoprene 'belt' tight around your tummy/waistline (under leggings/top) during exercise or cardio to increase your body heat, which in turn will likely raise your heart rate, with the end goal of higher heart rate = higher calorie burn. My stomach is DRIPPING when I take this off (in a good way) and makes me feel so accomplished after a workout (especially after the upcoming Holidays!)
