FITNESS FOR WOMEN!
All in-person boot camp courses INCLUDE free access to Brittany's exclusive Facebook group where you will receive nutrition coaching, follow-along home workouts, as well as daily posts for accountability & motivation. Each of our classes are women only and 40 minutes in length. We provide all of the equipment, all you need to bring is a water bottle! We NEVER do the same workout twice & every workout can be modified (or advanced) to ensure every fitness level is welcome.
